    An order made through the application choosing the dough Pan, on receipt he learns that the pizza is ready, but not the pan dough. I explain that my favorite dough is Pan from Pizza hut, so I don't eat elsewhere because I lack thick dough. The employee who gave it to me said that if it wasn't what I wanted, please contact us the next day and we'll sort this. I opened the pizza and the dough was thin and unfortunately I liked it, I gave half of the pizza to the homeless man. It was late so I had no chance to call jie and I did it the next day, but the surprise suprise they didn't want to accept anything, I contacted customer support and they understand the situation, but the manager of the store in Moreton said that he would not refund the money. Not only is it cashless only, with errors in orders It's a pity that it's the only pizza hut in the Wallasey area, PS they don't even deliver to Wallasey. Shame

    Pizza Hut Moreton WIRRAL. AVOID! Pizza arrived. Rushed pile of mush. Called to complain and ignored first calls. Called off different number and they answered. minutes later Still no replacement?Image shows half pepperoni half veggie. Yeah... not even close guys.

    Love the 'My Box meal' for £. when you collect. Personal pizza and a side! Perfect size and the price is great.They now have more options for the sides, it used to be garlic bread or wedges but now they now have onion rings and fries as well to pick from.It has always been great everytime I order. Sometimes they seem to be a bit short on the chicken on the topping. But it always tastes great.

    Ordered food waited an hour and a half, called to ask where it was said it was on its way. Ended up at the wrong address so walked to the end of the road to find the delivery driver. Got back opened the food stone cold, rock hard. Called up and they said they couldn’t do anything, didn’t have time to remake another order even thought it’s pm, I’m sure if we placed and paid for another order they’d have time to make it. Ended up ordering a dominoes.
